Pictures

I hope you all will be posting Thanksgiving pics soon so I can see what we missed! If only money grew on trees... We did have fun in New Orleans. I ate weird food even though I wasn't supposed to. We tried alligator, turtle, and frog legs. I wouldn't be opposed to eating them again, they tasted all right if I didn't think about it. Madeline loved going so many new places (she's like Raymey). I have to learn how to keep up with those two! Here a sneak peak of some pics that were in our slide show (on our blog). Becky and Leisa--do you recognize the headbands? Madeline didn't know what to do with them for a long while, now they are her favorite! She loves to find all six of them and wear them at the same time. She puts them on her baby (they don't fit) and she tries to put them on us. A couple of days ago I let her bring a little purse to the store. She really loves having a bag like me. When I got her out of the carseat I noticed she had packed her own bag. Here are the things she thought were necessary for our shopping trip: 2 headbands, 2 pacifiers, a block, and a ball. You never know what you're going to need! So here's an extra thanks for the headbands--they're a big hit!

Early Birthday Party

Since Mom/Grandma's birthday is coming up shortly, Becky and I decided that Mom needed a birthday dinner. Dad and Mom were planning to come to Vernal on Thursday to go to the temple, so Becky convinced them to come on Wednesday and have dinner. It was fun. We had a good dinner and Becky made two birthday cakes. She made Mom's favorite, German Chocolate, and a pink two layer cake for those who don't like German Chocolate. It was fun to be able to celebrate with her, even if it was a week early.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!
WE LOVE YOU!
